The only photo-and-signature guide you need before you hit upload.

Every rejection comes down to three attributes. Here is how to get all three right the first time — plus the exact fix for each error message you are likely to see.

Step 2 — Tap to choose your photo
Gallery • Camera • Files — JPG, PNG, WebP (HEIC best on Safari/iPhone). You can also drag & drop or paste (Ctrl+V) on desktop.
Auto-starts. No account, no waiting room, no watermark.

Step 3 — Check, then download

The three checks every portal runs

Format, pixels, and file size are validated independently. Fixing one does not fix the others, which is why “I compressed it and it still failed” is the most common story in exam-form threads.

CheckTypical requirementHow to satisfy it
FormatJPGNever upload PNG or HEIC for a photo or signature
Pixels200×230 photo, 140×60 signature (IBPS/SBI)Use an exam preset instead of “Original”
File size20–50KB photo, 10–20KB signatureSet both target and max so you land inside the band

Phone photo → accepted upload, in order

1. Read the upload boxWrite down the format, the pixel size, and the KB band. They are three separate numbers.
2. Shoot flat and brightPlain wall, daylight, no filters. A clean original compresses twice as well as a noisy one.
3. Crop before compressingPick the matching preset so the aspect ratio is right before any quality is spent.
4. Compress onceRepeated compression destroys detail. If the result is wrong, start from the original file.
5. Check the verified boxThe tool shows size and dimensions; confirm both against the portal before submitting.
6. Keep the fileSome portals re-check the file at the end of the application. Keep a copy until your form is submitted.

The compressor uses the browser's canvas API. There is no image endpoint, no queue, and no storage bucket. You can verify it two ways: open DevTools → Network while compressing and look for any upload request, or load the page once, enable airplane mode, and compress a photo — it still works.

FAQ

Do exam boards check file metadata? Some portals re-encode uploads, and a few inspect basic properties. What they consistently enforce is format, dimensions, and size. Strip nothing, but do not rely on metadata tricks.
What is the difference between KB and pixels?KB is the file weight; pixels are the image dimensions. A 5KB image can still be 4000px wide, and a 200×230 image can be 300KB if it is noisy.
Can I prepare both photo and signature in one go?Yes — choose the signature preset for one file, then the photo preset for the other, or drop both together and use the batch list.
Why do specs differ between two websites?Because they were written for different cycles or different boards. Trust the notification PDF for your specific exam, not a third-party blog.
